    Is the inspection really free?
    Yes. No call-out charge, no charge for the report, and nothing to pay unless you choose to go ahead with work.
    Will you try to sell me something on the day?
    No. If a repair will see you through another few years, we’ll tell you. If nothing needs doing, we’ll tell you that too.
    How long does it take?
    It depends on the size of the roof and how easy it is to get to. We’ll give you an idea when we book your time in.
    What if my roof is fine?
    Then we’ll tell you, and you’ll have a written report to show for it. No charge either way.
    What happens after the inspection?
    You get a written report with photos. If work is needed, you get one fixed price with what’s included explained. Then it’s your call.
